Method 2: Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers can inspect the goods at home and pay in cash to the delivery staff.

Method 3: Advance bank transfer. Customers transfer the payment in advance, after which we will proceed with delivery according to the agreement or contract with the customer.
Note: Please include your full name and specify the item in the transfer details. After the transfer, we will contact you for confirmation and arrange for delivery.

Complaint Handling Policy:

For any warranty claims, customers can contact us to initiate the warranty process.

The maximum complaint resolution time is three (3) working days from the receipt of the customer’s complaint. In case of force majeure, both parties will negotiate.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Typically, after receiving the order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and provide customers with information regarding payment and delivery. The delivery time usually ranges from 3 to 5 days from the date the order is confirmed or as agreed upon with the customer during the order placement.
