I. Product Warranty Period
All products bearing the Dalton brand, officially manufactured and distributed in the Vietnamese market, will be warranted as follows:
The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase by the customer (as shown in Column A) but shall not exceed the expiration date from the date of manufacture (as shown in Column B).

II. Warranty Conditions
- The product is still within the warranty period.
- The warranty card contains complete information: Model, Serial Number, manufacture month and year, and purchase date.
- Technical faults due to components or manufacturer issues.
- The product does not fall under non-warranty cases.
III. Non-Warranty Cases
The following cases are not covered by the warranty:
a. The product has exceeded the warranty period, or the seal is no longer intact.
b. The product is cracked, scratched, or damaged due to water exposure.
c. The product is damaged due to fire, natural disasters such as floods or lightning.
d. The battery was not charged fully when it was weak.
e. The Bass, Mid, or Treble speaker has burnt out or broken due to excessive use; warranty only covers cases of distortion or sound quality issues.
f. The microphone was dropped, causing damage or breakage. Long-term battery storage causing leakage and damaging the microphone.
Loss of Warranty Rights
a. The product no longer has the manufacturer’s Serial Number.
b. The product has been repaired, serviced, or tampered with by anyone other than Dalton or its authorized representatives.
c. Additional mechanical or electrical accessories not provided or authorized by Dalton have been installed.
d. Any characteristics of the product have been changed by anyone other than Dalton.
e. Additional or removed accessories, components, or other devices on the product.
IV. Warranty Rejection Cases
- The product is no longer under warranty.
- The product has cracks, breaks, scratches, dents, or warps due to external impact.
- The product shows signs of burning, rusting, water damage, exposure to chemicals, use in high-temperature environments, in humid conditions, due to viral attacks, natural disasters, or damage by pests such as rats, insects, or cockroaches.
V. Online Electronic Warranty Activation
Instructions for using the Dalton electronic warranty card. Dalton currently offers two methods to activate the electronic warranty:

- Activation via the “Dalton Service” App
