Do you have any question?
There are many reasons why the microphone isn’t connecting to the speaker. Below are some common causes and solutions:
Microphone or Speaker Out of Battery:
If the microphone or speaker is out of battery, they won’t be able to connect. Check the batteries and recharge if necessary.
Microphone and Speaker Not Activated:
Ensure that both the microphone and the speaker are turned on. Sometimes users forget to switch on one of the devices.
Not on the Same Frequency Channel:
If the microphone is not on the same frequency as the speaker, they won’t connect. Check and adjust the frequency of the microphone and speaker to match.
The phenomenon of microphone feedback occurs when sound from the microphone is amplified by the speaker and then picked up by the microphone again, creating a sound loop that results in an unpleasant screeching noise. Below are some causes and solutions:
Microphone and speaker are too close
Cause: The microphone is too close to the speaker, making it easy for the sound from the speaker to be picked up by the microphone.
Solution: Move the microphone farther away from the speaker or adjust the direction of the microphone so it’s not facing directly at the speaker.
Microphone or speaker volume is too high
Cause: The volume is too high, creating excessive sound that leads to feedback.
Solution: Lower the volume of the microphone or speaker to a reasonable level.
Incorrect microphone direction
Cause: The microphone is pointed directly at the speaker, making it more likely to capture sound from the speaker.
Solution: Position the microphone so its pickup direction does not align with the speaker’s output.
If the speaker disconnects while singing, there could be several reasons. Below are common causes and solutions:
Bluetooth Connection Interrupted
Cause: The Bluetooth connection may be interrupted if the distance between the speaker and the device is too far, or if there is a large obstruction between them.
Solution: Ensure that the distance between the speaker and the device is within the allowed range and that there are no major obstacles between them. Try disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth.
Low or Depleted Battery
Cause: The speaker may disconnect suddenly if the battery is low or dead.
Solution: Check and fully charge the speaker before use.
Software Glitch
Cause: The speaker or the device may have software issues that cause the connection to drop.
Solution: Restart both the speaker and the device, then try reconnecting. If this problem occurs frequently, check for and update the speaker’s firmware (if available).
If the Bluetooth signal is unstable, you can try the following solutions:
Ensure a Reasonable Distance:
Bluetooth has a limited range. Make sure the device and speaker are not too far apart, ideally within 10 meters, and that there are no large obstructions like walls or metal objects.
Check the Battery:
A low battery can disrupt the Bluetooth signal. Check and fully charge the batteries of both the speaker and the playback device.
Restart the Devices:
Turn Bluetooth off and on again on both devices. If necessary, restart both the speaker and the playback device.
