The Dalton CA18 karaoke sound system is the latest design for the portable karaoke line launched in 2023. It features a 3-way signal processing system with separate channels for 3 power circuits for the speakers, creating a breakthrough in mobile karaoke sound technology.

With a column shape comprising two speakers, the lower part features the CA18 subwoofer, while the upper part houses the CA18 column speaker, mounted on a metal support that creates an elegant vertical appearance suitable for any indoor or outdoor space. The column speaker integrates multiple vertically aligned drivers, producing sound pressure that resonates far away. The separate design of the subwoofer and full-range speaker allows for easy transportation during live performances.

The Dalton CA18 sound system is the most powerful 3-way karaoke system in the mobile speaker segment, providing a remarkably deep and emotionally rich sound reproduction. It is equipped with 3 amplifiers delivering a total power of 1500W, consisting of 2 Class H amplifiers combined with 1 Class AB amplifier, with SUB 800W, MF 600W, and HI 100W.

The Pre-Amplifier is meticulously designed with 3 separate crossover sections to supply signals to the power circuits of each speaker, ensuring clear and detailed sound.

One of the most remarkable features of the Dalton CA18 3-way column speaker is its ECHO-REVERB sound effect system. Users can adjust the echo through 3 controls: Echo, Delay, and Repeat. The spatial sound effect can be modified using 2 knobs: Decay and Reverb. Notably, the REVERB sound is bright and soft, allowing karaoke singing with REVERB alone without ECHO, yet remaining light and pleasant.

The upper part consists of the CA18 column speaker, which has 6 Mid 5’’ drivers that produce warm vocals with far-reaching resonance, alongside a high-performance 1.75” HF driver integrated with a 90×60-degree array horn for wide dispersion, resulting in bright and clear sound.

The lower part, the CA18, features an integrated 18” subwoofer that delivers powerful bass, enhancing the lively drum sounds. The subwoofer base is equipped with wheels, making it easy to move.

INTEGRATED WIRELESS MICROPHONES

The DALTON CA18 system also includes 2 UHF wireless microphones, adjustable to 10 different frequencies to avoid interference with other speakers. The microphones support additional REVEB/ECHO circuits and can connect multiple Dalton speakers simultaneously to expand sound coverage in the desired space.

The microphone body is made of shiny, solid metal, adding elegance and luxury. The dynamic cartridge head is designed for high-end performance, ensuring authentic and clear vocals.

CONNECTIVITY

With the DALTON CA18 sound system, you can easily connect to smart devices like phones, laptops, and tablets quickly and effortlessly via Bluetooth 5.0. Additionally, the speaker supports other connection ports, including Bluetooth 5.0, USB, AUX input, and LINE IN 6mm.

Besides the wireless microphones, wired microphones can also be connected to the speaker when needed via the 6mm jack on the control panel, with an additional 6mm jack for guitars.

AUDIO CONTROL SYSTEM

The DALTON CA18 sound system is designed with audio adjustment buttons located on top for convenient sound tuning.

Wireless microphone adjustments include 4 knobs: V.MIC, LOW, MID, and HI (volume, bass, mid, treble), with volume control for external microphones.

The sound effect control includes 5 knobs: ECHO, DELAY, REPEAT, DECAY, and REVERB. The ECHO effect circuit utilizes a Japanese IC 65831P for warm and clear echoes, while the American REVERB IC ensures bright and light sound.

Music adjustments comprise 3 knobs: V.MUSIC, HI, and LOW (volume, treble, bass), which work with the volume control for guitar playing.

The subwoofer control circuit is located at the back, including volume knobs for adjustment, a frequency cutoff setting from 50Hz to 250Hz, and a special 6mm line-in jack for connecting two speaker systems for simultaneous singing.
