Mobile karaoke speaker Dalton is undoubtedly very popular among you for its product quality and excellent warranty service from Dalton. However, have you ever imagined what the production process looks like for a Dalton karaoke speaker before it reaches the hands of consumers?
Let’s explore the production process of a Dalton karaoke speaker together:
To produce a Dalton karaoke speaker, there are numerous small and large steps involved. For ease of understanding, we can temporarily divide the process into four main stages, and Dalton is implementing the production process according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Design Research
Dalton is one of the largest and oldest audio equipment manufacturers in Vietnam. Dalton has a professional engineering team with over 20 years of experience in audio equipment production. Dalton also has an R&D department dedicated to researching and developing new products as well as improving existing ones. This is where the initial designs and prototypes of Dalton’s first karaoke speakers take shape.
Wooden Cabinet Production
After the speaker model is approved for production, the next step is to manufacture the wooden cabinet. This stage is where the exterior shape and body of the product are formed.
To create the wooden cabinet, there are many processes involved, such as cutting wood, CNC machining, shaping, and painting. Achieving high aesthetics and a uniform exterior is the most important step in this process.
Circuit Board Assembly
A step that occurs simultaneously with the cabinet production is the assembly of the circuit board. To have a complete circuit board, numerous small and large processes must be undertaken: producing the circuit board, inserting components, power assembly, and music board assembly.
A circuit board ready for shipment undergoes many systematic and professional tests to ensure the highest quality of the finished products.
Final Assembly
The final step is the final assembly. At this stage, the complete circuit board and various components will be sequentially assembled into the cabinet to create the most complete product. This step also includes several smaller processes, such as installing the battery, assembling the circuit board, and attaching accessories.
At the end of the process, there is a sound and microphone signal testing step to ensure that all outgoing products are of the best and most stable quality.
Finally, the product goes through a cleaning and packaging process.
